Hi,
I am from Holland and staying in BA these weeks. I am looking for a good party on 31 December. Traditionally in Holland this is a big party night. I have already heard that this is perhaps not the case in BA and that I should go to Punta del Este. But I find it hard to believe that there is nothing happening on New years eve in Buenos Aires? Are the big clubs (Pacha, Crobar, Big One, Nicieto Vega, etc) open that night?
I hope anyone has some information for me (I can read Spanish, a bit, with help of a dictionary ;-)).

Hello Sjaak.
Of course we have big parties here in Argentina for new years eve. All the big clubs are open with great djs. You can check the Buenos Aliens agenda on Thursday, when probably all the events will be posted.
There are also a lot of parties out of the city, in big open fields, which usually end at 3pm. I will be playing at one of them called "Buenos Aires Connection".
You will eventually see the info in this web page.

Hi Joe,
That is a great relief!!! I could not imagine there was nothing going on. I do look at the agenda on Buenos Aliens which is very complete, but unfortunatelly only published 2 days before the weekend. I wish thius was a bit earlier. Any other way how I can see who is playing where?
Your outside parties also sound cool. Any more information on this would be highly appreciated. My mailadres is sjakiez@hotmnail.com
by the way, we will be with 4 people, is it necessary to buy tickets in advance? (last weekend unfortunatelly could not get to the Moonpark with Digweed and Cataneo).

esta diego roka en buddha bar el 31, y no he escuchado mas nada aun.
hay mas fiesta el sabado 30 que el domingo 31 por lo visto.
hay que ver el soho que arma. ese harispe no lo veo en año nuevo ni loko, menos siendo residene de un boliche que ire 3. 4 veces este enero.
