BE MY GUEST presenta al dj y productor aleman
PATRICK LINDSEY aka VOODOOAMT, quien comenzo con una commodore c64 en Bad Nauheim la capital secreta del techno aleman, ciudad que vio crecer artistas como Heiko Laux, Johannes Heil, Pascal F.E.O.S. y Anthony Rother entre otros.
Es mas fue al colegio junto a Rother y ya de chicos compartian su aficion por los sonidos de las computadoras y synths.
Rapidamente adquirio nuevo equipamento y su primer track sono en la radio con mucho exito, poco tiempo despues acercaba sin mucha fe su demo al sello Harthouse de Sven Vath, pero tanto Sven como su circulo mas intimo estaban seguros del potencial de este joven artista y le firmaron un contrato por varios tracks en Harthouse y de ahi en mas su carrera se vio catapultada y lo llevo a tocar en los clubes mas importantes de europa, asia, america y oceania.
Remixo artistas como Hardfloor, dj Rush, Paul Johnson, etc).
Tiene releases en sellos como terminal M de Monika Kruse, Frisbee, etc.
Tambien tiene un proyecto junto a Gregor Trescher llamado DATAPUNK de gran repercusion en los ultimos meses.


Sin Duda va a ser un fieston mal, tiene un dj set super divertido y famoso por su espiritu festivo.

iDJ Magazine ? ?You may recognize Patrick from his previous output on the now defunct Harthouse and his own School Records imprint. He?s been working on pop projects in recent times, but now he?s back with something rather special indeed. ?Wanton Mood? is a pumping slice of distorted hookery that comes across like a more accessible Agoria and offers a huge tripped out drop that should cause major disturbances on your floor. Growly to max, this works a treat. 4/5

One Week To Live ? Word has it that this chap is one of the originators that have hidden underground as opposed to rising up to face the glare of the sun. That?s fair enough though, with the chap probably being a more nocturnal being anyways if the music is anything to go by. ?Wanton Mood? chugs along ? all K2, Panorama Bar basslines complete with intermittent warped fuzz sounds and tune-outs. The flip manages to Ame with Carl Craig and a sprinkle of Doudou Malicious. Groovy techno with warm pads, airbourne harmonies and some of that ?Clickety click? thrown in for good measure. A worthy piece to the collection, though more of a link than a destination if you get my drift.
