Soy uno de los miles de fans mexicanos de Paul Van Dyk y aqui les dejo mi sitio web para que lo visiten... Actualmente PVD visitó méxico con su gira "In Between Tour" y yo tuve el honor de estar ahi y en mi pagina web puse los links de descarga de lo que grabé en el evento... Acabo de terminar de escuchar el set y la verdad que me re gustó! No se dejen engañar por el TL porque cada tema tiene como 8 retoques encima... Como por ejemplo el 'spastik' es loquísimo lo que hizo con 'White Lies' queda muy fiestero... Las producciones de él que mete en el set están muy buenas ^^
Las mezclas son excelentes! Algo que siempre caracterizó a Paul... Muy creativo todo el set, hay un juego de bpms constante en todo el set que lo hace super inesperado después de los primeros 30 minutos...


El cierre con For an Angel tocado EN VIVO es terriblemente emocionante y lo mismo como engancha Anthem (y como se escucha a la gente cantar) Uffff!!! Muy bello....



Puntuación para el set: 8/10


La verdad que si sigue así va a valer mucho la pena ir a escucharlo cuando visite nuevamente Argentina!

si,la verdad q si,lindo set,me pone contento,ultimamente el aleman me daba rechazo por lo q estaba haciendo

lindo set,algunos tracks pedorros,pero en general un muy lindo set

imprecionante setm la verdad es un placer escuchar verdadero trance

La verdad que no me sorprende de Paul que pase un tema TAN feo, porque me parece malísimo el nuevo hit de Deró.. Suena igual a un tema que se llama "showtime" del 97 =/

Paul siempre fue de bizarrear sus sets con temas re locos, raros o que no tengan nada que ver con el trance... Miles de veces la pegó (como cuando metía spastik que rompía todo), desde que se volvió el n°1 en el 2005 esas bizzarreadas copadas empezaron a rozar y a meterse de lleno en lo que muchos consideramos una aberración al buen gusto :S

No solo Paul pone esa porqueria, Tiesto ya lo hizo y ahora lo esta haciendo Sander Van Doorn.

Esta bien que quiera salir del formato pero aca ya se estan pasando de la raya me parece.

La verdad q Van Dyk es como el Bethoven(si se escribe as) d la ME. y del trance...cada vez q lo vi tanto en la rural, costa salquero o en geba hace poco ,hace sets demoledores lo mejor d lo mejor nunca me fui descontento...lo q no puedo decir lo mismo de Armin en big one o Tiesto q si bien lo q paso fue d lo mejor el entorno y el barro me mataron jaja.(aunq igual me gusto mucho en la conference anterior)...aplausos para alquien q combina tan bien los sonidos....

Que cosa che, hasta Robbie Rivera metio jajajajajajajajajajaj!!

de todas maneras me parece un buen dj, pero JAMAS se me ocurriria pegar ese salto de estilos...
puedo comprender un Trance- Progressive, pero esto es demasiado...

Bueno, x fin tuve un tiempito y pude escuchar todo el set de la Winter...
Nose xq asociè Brinca con los clasicos La Cabra/La Puta; yo contento pensaba q ponia uno de estos y cuando escucho: Brinca pa`rriba Brinca cacacaca....tututututututu 8-)
X partes es el sonido q Paul nos tiene acostumbrado, pero otras la lima demasiado, me parece cualquiera los temas q pone.
Let me Show You...siempre fue un temazo...y como lo mete me gusta mucho, al igual q Follow Me + New York City o Another Way + Set it Off...q bien quedaron, muy bueno!!!
Hay uno efecto q trato de sacarselo (creo q este viene de la Efectera Pioneer q usa) q me vuelve loco, cada vez q lo esccuho en un set suyo se q a los 30 seg explota todo, se va todo al joraca; un efecto marca registrada Van Dyk!
En sintesis, he escuchado muchos mejores set`s del aleman (sin ìr tan lejos, Paul van Dyk - Live @ Cream Closing, Amnesia Ibiza (20.09.2007) es una bomba!!!) asi q si habrìa q ponerle un puntaje seria un 7! No digo q no meta temas de otros estilos, pero q no la lime en demasia con taaaantos....

No me canso de escuchar este set, es increible, track por track, esos efectos q les hace a los temas son terribles, no te deja un minuto quieto Paul, no te aburre nunca, es un animal, esto es lo q lo diferencia de los demas, es un genio.. lo q hace con New York City no tiene nombre, lo mete perfecto.. Me encanta cuando mete Brinca, terrible track, y como lo mezcla con Falling no tiene nombre, es un animal, tocando los pianitos en vivo no por favor, en Let Go tmb tocando los pianitos es una cosa de otro planeta este tipo, hace lo q qiere en un set, The othe side, sin comentarios cuando lo tira, y bueno, cerrar de esa manera, tocando el pianito con el himno For an angel, ya esta, algo mas?? hace falta aclarar qien es dios? es el mejor de todos lejos..

Muchachos, estoy buscando un set de PVD..estoy seguro que es de noviembre del año pasado. Empieza con un tema que tiene sonidos como de tambores de fondo, como si fuesen bongós...lo escuché una vez y no lo puedo conseguir porque no sé cual es...si me hacen la gamba, se los voy a agradecer.

Espero que con ese detalle lo puedan sacar.

Las 3 presentaciones de Paul en nuestro pais fueron especiales:
La 1ra x lo q fue ese set en La Rural; gente justa, 0 ninjas, selección de track´s impecable....
La 2da a pesar q a muchos no les gusto el set, para mi fue una de las mejores, no solo x ser un Jueves teniendo q trabajar al otro día (yo me hice el enfermo:P), y encima siendo el día del amigo; pero la voy a recordar más x pasarla junto a una personita q la quiero mucho...Lunita querida! :D
La 3era (la última) tb tuvo su toque x ser Paul el q esté tocando un 31 de Dic en nuestro pais, pudiendo tocar en cualquier otro lugar del mundo, muchos de nosotros estuvimos escuchando un espectacular set....
No es x desmerecer al Sr. Tijs, pero en estos momentos creo q la pelea x el reinado del mundo está entre el Sr. Van Buuren (este lleva una leve ventaja a mi parecer) y el Sr. Van Dyk; cada vez q escucho un set de este me asombra lo tanto q sabe...solo le faltaria un poco más d ecarsima/interacción con el publico 8-)

johny,vos pensas q van dyk esta en la pelea sobre el reinado del mundo?la gente le dio la espalda el año pasado con su nuevo disco,obviamente estamos hablando en aspectos comerciales

armin y tiesto son los unicos q se dedican a eso,tiesto con una infraestructura imprecionante en sus sets en puesta de ecena y demas,y armin con sus mega eventos sobre fechas especiales,sumando las figuras del momento de trance ,y su sello q quiere acaparar todo el mercado,para q no falte nada

ambos presentaron sus discos de igual forma,con mega presentaciones y ahi empieza la rueda,van dyk en menor escala y con menor marketing dando vuelta tambien apuesta pero esta un poco lejos

sacando los gustos personales y demas hoy por hoy,armin y tiesto son los q el mundo observa comercialmente hablando quien brinda el mejor show,espectaculo,la mejor noche con otras herramientas q otro dj podria tener

Casi que lo estas diciendo vos. En cuanto a producción y puesta en escena Tiesto y Armin son los que están más adelante y hacen unos espectaculos terribles y por esto, creo yo, que los ojos están puestos sobre ellos. Pero para mi van Dyk tiene mucho más que dar musicalmente que los otros 2 dj.

Por dios q videon! es el mejor.. solo el tiene esos cierres maravillosos q te llegan al alma.. sus tres presentaciones aca fueron magnificas.. paulll volve por favooorr!!!
