limpieza de potes y repuestos

Bueno les comento mi situacion:

Hace poco adquiri un mixer vestax pmc 25, que es el mixer ideal para mi, no hay ninguno en ninguna marca que llene mis necesidades como este ,especialmente por suS PERFECTOS kills. el tema es el siguiente pude haber optado porcomprarlo nuevo a 1500 mangos pero un amigo lo tenia y me lo vendio mucho mas barato y con anvil incluido.
el tema es el siguiente:
-Los faders de volumen de canal estan durisimos , pero lo mas importante no sangran. como podria a hacer o a quien se lo tendria que dar para aflojarlos, o quien joraca le compro el repuesto??
- Los knobs de graves y medios meten ruido de estatica al moverlos rapidamente lo que no representa problema mayor ya que para eso tengo los kills, pero el solo hecho de que haya algo en esta hermosura que trabaje mal me vuelve loco!!!! mi teoria es que los potes estan sucios, Entonces:
conocen a alguien de confianza que trate con este tipo de temas? tienen algun tipo de sugerencias??

Mira si no sabes nada de reparacion no le metas mano, es mi recomendacion.
Esta falla no sabe ser tan facil como pensas, sobre todo si los pote deslizantes se endurecen o hacen ruido al desplazarce. Esta falla suele ser por desgaste de la pista conductora (suele ser de carbon) y esto se repara cambiando de posiscion los contactos y mas seguro reemplazando el pote.
Ojala que por ahi tengas suerte de conseguir estos Potes ya que yo tengo dos mixer parados por no conseguirlos.
Un pensamiento: Me parece que tu amigo te clavo con esa consola.

Bueno estuve haciendo un poo de surf por la net con respecto a este tema y me encontre con este poster de otro foro:


Then I went through, no joke, five different samples of the PMC-25...all of which developed an identical problem of the isolator pots getting scratchy-sounding after a few weeks. After unit #5 developed the same problem, I gave up on any idea of Vestax products being usable, finagled a full refund (no easy task since months had gone by and there'd already been all the drama of the other returned mixers), and bought the Rane MP-2016 which has been working perfectly the last 2 1/2 years.

The irony is that I'm 99 percent certain that the problem with the PMC-25 was one that could have been fixed with the addition of a couple of 50-cent capacitors (to keep residual DC offset from getting into the isolator pots and causing the noise to develop)...there seemed to be no way to relay this issue to anyone with any technical knowledge, certainly no way to get a schematic. I liked the layout and basic functionality of this mixer enough that I was quite patient and hoped that the issue would be resolved by Vestax, but when the problems with the 5th sample of the mixer started interfering with my ability to make deadline on a mix CD I finally lost patience.

Vestax just seems much more interested in making eye-catching products than in taking any care with the electronic design or tech support...something that's really unforgivable given how "mature" the basic technology of designing analog mixers is, and the price that Vestax charges for it's "higher-end" products.


ok el chabon se llevo un mal trago porque este mixer le encantaba (probo 5)y vestax por no mandarle un par de capacitores de mas hizo que este mixer metiera el ruido que yo describo. Creo que el habla de que le jodia para hacer "deadline" con cd´s entonces se rindio el tema es que yo pincho con vinilos y no llego a los "deadlines" (si es lo que pienso) entonces no interfiere mucho.
el muchacho cree que es el offset (descalibramiento o corrimiento?) del dc (fuente).
ahora yo pregunto conocen a alguien que pueda hacer este trabajito?
