Entrance
.• IEC will open its doors at 20:00 (an hour before the start of the show). Come earlier to avoid the ‘rush h’ at the doors and at the parking site (22:30-23:30)..
• There will be 12 separate security control and 8 ticket control corridors at the Standard entrance. FAN and VIP entrances are provided with 5-5 and 4-4 corridors, respectively.
• The door control is designed in order to allow 12000 visitors to get inside within 1,5 hours in case of the maximum capacity at the doors.
.• Please be kind and show respect to others during the whole show..


Parking
• There will be a chargeable parking service available at the site next to 2nd and 1st pavilions. This service is provided by IEC.
• In order to get the best position at the parking site, make sure you arrive as early as possible.

Cloakroom
• The existing cloakroom at IEC doesn’t have the capacity required to serve all visitors. That is why we are constructing our own short term cloakroom for 12000 people: one wardrobe for Standard and FUN tickets owners, and two for VIP visitors.
• This service is provided by Omfal company and costs 20 UAH per person.

Bars
• The total length of all bar tables exceeds 160 meters! There will be several bars constructed on 3 sides of the dance floor, on each of the VIP platforms, in the FUN area and the food court. The menu includes different kinds of non-alcohol, alcohol and energy drinks, as well as tea and coffee.

.Dress-code
• We recommend you to wear good-looking, party-like and comfortable clothes, preferably of WHITE color. Thus we would together be able to make the atmosphere even better and more joyful. .


Plan
• Please acquaint yourself with the site plan and get to know the location of any objects you need. Similar plans will be placed within the site during the show.

Merchandise
• There will be 3 different merchandise points. You will be able to buy some souvenirs (the cost starts from 10 UAH), as well as quality-made official Armin Only: .
Mirage clothes (T-shirts, hoodies, caps, wristlets) there.
• The most popular souvenir is the event guide (Armin Only: Mirage badge). .


Who will be warming up Armin?
• Armin’s shadow (the one from the promotional reels)..


It is not allowed to:
• Carry any weapons, drinks, food or glass of more than 100 ml capacity through.
• Act mean to other visitors and personnel.
