Qué tipo de presentación realizaste?
Toqué menos de dos horas. Como era el último set de un agotador tour de 4 semanas por el norte, centro y sur de América, elegí tocar lo mejor de las últimas semanas y realmente disfruté de poner algunos de los más grandes tracks de mi batea en este momento.

 Cómo salió tu presentación? Y qué respuesta tuviste?
El espacio donde toqué estaba vacío cuando empecé a tocar, pero no dejé que esto me molestara y tentativamente fui subiendo el pulso ya que la gente se comenzó a amontonar. En 20 minutos la carpa estaba llena y para el final devino el caos y la locura con la pista llena y a los gritos.

 Qué fue lo que más te gustó del evento?
Sentí que la cantidad de gente era una fantástica señal para la música dance en general y a veces te dejaba sin aliento. Sin embargo, por momentos sentí que la música que se le ponía a esa asombrosa cantidad de gente era un poco obvia.

 Qué fue lo que menos te gustó?
Sobre-sponsoreo de ciertas carpas y escenarios. No requiere mucho ser creativo con los sponsors, y puede ser mucho más interesante hacer que la gente sepa quién sos y por qué estás ahí sin que les tires tu logo en la cara.

 Qué te sorprendió?
Lo bien que estaba organizado el evento y cuán felices se veían los artistas por estar allí.

Qué te desilusionó?
La falta de un after hours decente!

Qué comentario en general te merece el evento?
Ver más de 60.000 personas bailando música electrónica en estos días es algo raro. Esta tuvo que ser una de las fechas más importantes del calendario anual para la música electrónica global.

Could you briefly explain us what kind of performance you did?
I played for just under two hours. As this was my final set of a gruelling 4 week tour of North, Central and South America, I chose to play the best of the last few weeks and really enjoyed playing some of the 'bigger' tunes in my box right now.

 How did your performance turn out? How did people react to it?
The space I played at was pretty empty when I began but I never let this bother me and curiously and tentatively built up the sound at the beginning as the people started flocking in. Within 20 minutes or so the tent was packed and by the end, mayhem and craziness ensued with the place packed and screaming.

 What did you like about the festival?
I felt that the amount of people here was a fantastic sign for dance music generally and that at times, it was breath-taking. However, at times I felt that the music being delivered to such amazing amounts of people was a little un-challenging.

 What did you dislike about it?
Over-branding of certain tents/stages, it doesn't take much to be creative with sponsors, and can be much more interesting to let people know who you are and why you are there without thrusting your logo in their faces.

 What surprised you that night?
How well organised the event was and how happy all the artists seemed to be there.

What disappointed you?
The lack of a decent after hours!

Seeing over 60,000 people raving to electronic music these days is a rare thing. This has to be one of the most important dates on the annual calendar for global dance music.
